描述
RNAstore Blood RNA Kit用于從儲存在RNAfixer（Same with RNAlater）溶液中的血液樣本中分離總RNA。血液樣本可以立即處理，也可以在 RNAfixer 溶液（試劑盒隨附）中在室溫下儲存幾天，或在 RNA 提取前在 -20°C 下長時間儲存。
試劑盒 RNA 分離程序包括兩部分：
1. 在胍基溶液中裂解細(xì)胞，并通過苯fen/lv仿提取對 RNA 進(jìn)行初步純化
2. 在玻璃纖維過濾器上通過固相萃取進(jìn)行最終 RNA 純化。該程序可wan全去除污染物和酶抑制劑，從而產(chǎn)生高質(zhì)量的 RNA。使用該試劑盒純化的 RNA 可直接用于 qRT-PCR 等應(yīng)用。
用戶提供的材料和設(shè)備：
1. 微量離心機(jī)的離心能力為 13,000 x g
2. 100% 乙醇，水飽和苯fen：lv仿（5：1）
3. 不含 RNase 的過濾移液器吸頭
4. 采血guan（推薦的抗凝劑：EDTA 鉀或 EDTA 鈉）
5. 1.5 或 2.0 ml 微量離心管
6. 搖動培養(yǎng)箱或加熱塊，溫度可達(dá) 75°C-90°C
